Senior Consultant: Kate Fairweather, Chartered Institute of Marketing Chartered Marketer, BA (Hons), Member Market Research Society, MRS Company Partner is a qualified marketing professional with 27 years marketing management experience.

She spent 13 years in the telecommunications industry marketing services to the UK residential and business markets, becoming a senior BT Marketing Manager in 1988. She was BT’s District Marketing Manager for Kent and East Sussex in the mid ‘80’s.

Kate has in depth experience in a range of marketing specialisms:

* Awareness and customer satisfaction research

* Market growth campaigns, integrating above and below the line promotions with sales activity

She has excellent business and project management skills, and coordinated the achievement of the Investors in People standard for the business in 2004 and successful reassessment in 2007. Kate is additionally an NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier, holds the Post Graduate Certificate of Education (post compulsory) and is a member of the Institute for Learning, the professional body for teachers in Further Education. Kate holds the NCFE Award for Environmental Managers.
