CMCAust Marketing (formerly
Skillnet) is an
accredited National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Centre, operating to
high quality standards set by OCR. We work in a collaborative
partnership with Canterbury College to offer these qualifications at a
discount to Kent based employees via Train to Gain funding.

The
practical qualification for supervisors and managers whether experienced
or new to the role. Based on five workshops supported by five one to
one sessions with the consultant covering key aspects of managing task,
team and individual. Further assessor support to build your NVQ
portfolio. Available as a taught course, or work
based assessment in Kent only.

Qualifications for the people who are your business for your customers.
Based on five workshops supported by five one to one sessions with with
the consultant covering key aspects of customer service. Further assessor
support to build your NVQ portfolio. Available as a taught course, plus work based assessment in Kent only.

Business Administration NVQ 2, 3, 4
Qualifications for the people who make any organisation run smoothly,
available for team members, supervisors and managers. Based on five
workshops supported by five one to one sessions with with the consultant
covering key aspects of administration. Further assessor support to
build your NVQ portfolio. Available as a taught course, plus work based assessment in Kent only.

Internal Verifier Awards
The NVQ Assessor and
Verifier awards qualify your people to run NVQ qualifications in-house,
either as part of your own NVQ centre or we can support you to deliver
through ours. Based on two workshops supported by three one to one
sessions with the consultant to train up and assist you to assess/verify
your candidates. Available as a taught course, plus work based
assessment in Kent only.
A1 (Level 3 Award): £700.
V1 (Level 4 Award): £700. Charges are zero rated for VAT.
Workshops
The
workshops developed for NVQ are available as Masterclasses.
Workshops are available
for workplace delivery in Kent only. Three-hour sessions include -
Business Planning, Marketing Planning, Marketing communications,
Customer contact strategy, Telemarketing, Sales, Going the extra mile
for the customer, Staff performance management, Motivation skills,
Communication skills, Workflow management and prioritisation,
Project management, Time management, Developing good working
relationships, Personal development planning.

Premier Occupations Healthcare - Management, Customer Service and
Administration NVQ Level 3
Premier Occupation Healthcare is an Investor
in People and committed to developing its team to deliver its growth
targets. Kate Fairweather worked with four senior managers,
administration staff and the delivery team to complete NVQs across a
range of disciplines. The focus of the NVQ portfolios were developing
processes and linkages between the different departments to spot
strengths and weaknesses and work on better ways of doing things,
reducing costs and time and supporting growth.

Computer Assurance - Management NVQ Level 3
Computer Assurance is an IT support business
which aims to grow in a very competitive environment. To support
succession plans Kate Fairweather worked with the incoming business
manager to complete NVQ in Management. The NVQ work focussed on team
management and development, leadership, process development and
operational planning to support market share growth and competitiveness.

Salle Verte Cafe - Customer Service NVQ Level 3
La Salle Verte is a delightful and unique
cafe in the heart of Cannon Street, Dover. Kate Fairweather worked with
two members of the team to complete Customer Service NVQs. The business
had recently been taken over by new management and the owners were keen
to grow the customer base on excellent customer service. The focus of
the NVQs was on gathering customer feedback on service - both good and
less good - and developing new ways of doing things in a flexible way to
meet customer needs and compete successfully with national chains.

David Clarke Estate Agency - Sales Training
David Clarke is an independent estate agency
in East Kent and wanted some sales training to increase new commissions
in a very competitive marketplace. John Fairweather worked with the
agents and office team to develop an effective sales approach to lead
handling and conversion.
Customer Case Study: BT
Internet - Advertising Agency Briefing Training
BT Internet were growing rapidly and found
that new team members did not have the skills they needed to effectively
brief advertising agencies. They commissioned CMCAust Marketing, who had
completed similar training for all the BT Business Marketing team. Kate
Fairweather ran a set of two workshops for the team in how to set
marketing objectives, specifying the single minded proposition for their
projects and successfully briefing agencies to produce successful
marketing campaigns.
